服务内容 What we provide
海月 · MNOOZ（下称「我们」）提供定制瓷器服务：你通过本站的 AI 设计顾问或可视化配置完成设计，由普陀山的匠人按单手作制成实物并寄送给你。
MNOOZ provides made-to-order porcelain: you design a piece with our AI design assistant or visual configurator, and artisans on Mount Putuo craft and ship it to you.
账号 Your account
下单需注册账号并完成邮箱或手机验证。请妥善保管账号凭据；经你账号发起的订单视为你本人的行为。
Ordering requires a verified account (email or phone). Keep your credentials safe; orders placed from your account are deemed yours.
下单与付款 Orders & payment
订单需支付全款后进入制作。支持支付宝、微信支付（人民币）及 PayPal、空中云汇（美元，按本站公示汇率折算）。下单后 30 分钟内未完成支付，订单将自动关闭（拍卖中拍订单的付款期为 24 小时，见下文拍卖规则）。
Full payment is required before crafting begins. We accept Alipay and WeChat Pay (CNY), and PayPal and Airwallex (USD, converted at the rate shown at checkout). Unpaid orders close automatically after 30 minutes (auction wins have a 24-hour payment window — see Auctions below).
制作与交付 Crafting & delivery
每件器物均为手作，制作周期以下单时展示或客服告知为准；手作过程存在合理的工期浮动。发货后我们会通过短信或邮件发送物流单号。
Each piece is handmade; the crafting time shown at checkout (or advised by support) is an estimate and may vary reasonably. Tracking information is sent by SMS or email upon dispatch.
你提供的内容 Content you provide
你对提交的文字、姓名、图样等内容负责，须确保不侵犯他人权利、不含违法内容。我们有权拒绝制作含侵权或违法内容的订单（该情形下全额退款）。为完成制作，你授予我们使用该内容制作该件商品的权利。
You are responsible for text, names and artwork you submit, and must ensure they are lawful and do not infringe others' rights. We may decline such orders (with a full refund). You grant us the right to use your content to produce your piece.
AI 生成内容 AI-generated content
设计对话与预览由 AI 辅助生成,最终实物以匠人手作为准，与数字预览存在合理差异（釉色、笔触、比例等）。
Design chat and previews are AI-assisted. The finished piece is handmade and may reasonably differ from digital previews (glaze, brushwork, proportions).
拍卖规则（一物一拍） Auctions
部分现货孤品以限时拍卖出售：每场只拍一件，出价即代理上限——系统只在有人竞争时按最小幅度替你加价，最高不超过你的上限；上限相同时先出价者优先。首次出价以起拍价成交起步。截拍前 5 分钟内的出价会使截拍顺延 5 分钟。截拍时出价最高者中拍，系统自动生成订单，须在 24 小时内完成支付；逾期未付视为弃拍，作品重新开放且弃拍将被记录，累计 3 次将无法再参与竞拍。出价一经提交不可撤回，请审慎出价。无人出价则流拍，作品恢复普通在售。
Some one-of-a-kind pieces are sold by timed auction: one piece per auction. Your bid is a proxy maximum — the system raises the price by the minimum increment only when others compete, never above your maximum; ties go to the earlier bidder. The first bid enters at the starting price. Bids in the final 5 minutes extend the auction by 5 minutes. The highest bidder wins and must pay the generated order within 24 hours; unpaid wins are forfeited and recorded — three forfeits disqualify you from future auctions. Bids cannot be withdrawn. If no bids are placed, the piece returns to regular sale.
退款 Refunds

责任限制 Limitation of liability
在法律允许的范围内，我们对单笔订单承担的责任以该订单实付金额为限。
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
