我们收集什么 What we collect
账号信息（邮箱、手机号）、订单与收件信息、你在设计过程中提交的文字与图片、以及用于安全防护的访问日志（IP、时间）。
Account details (email, phone), order and shipping information, text and images you submit while designing, and security logs (IP address, timestamps).
支付信息 Payment data
付款由支付宝、微信支付、PayPal、空中云汇处理，我们不接触、不存储你的银行卡号或账户密码，仅保留渠道返回的交易流水号与金额用于对账和售后。
Payments are processed by Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and Airwallex. We never see or store your card number or account password — only the transaction reference and amount returned by the provider, for reconciliation and after-sales.
信息如何使用 How we use it
用于完成订单（制作、寄送、通知）、验证身份（验证码）、改进服务与防止滥用。我们不会向第三方出售你的个人信息。
To fulfil orders (crafting, shipping, notifications), verify identity, improve the service and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
第三方服务 Third-party services
为提供服务，部分数据会经由：支付渠道（支付所需信息）、阿里云（短信、邮件、服务器）、AI 模型服务商（你在设计对话中输入的内容会发送给模型以生成回复与设计,不含你的账号密码或支付信息）。
Some data flows through: payment providers (to process payments), Alibaba Cloud (SMS, email, hosting), and AI model providers (your design-chat messages are sent to the model to generate replies and designs — never your password or payment data).
Cookie 与登录态 Cookies
我们仅使用维持登录状态所必需的 Cookie，不做跨站广告追踪。
We only use cookies required to keep you signed in. No cross-site advertising trackers.
存储与安全 Storage & security
数据存储于我们的服务器,传输全程 HTTPS,密钥类信息加密存储,并有每日备份。发生可能影响你权益的数据安全事件时,我们会及时通知。
Data is stored on our servers, transmitted over HTTPS, secrets are stored encrypted, and daily backups are kept. We will notify you promptly of any security incident affecting you.
你的权利 Your rights
你可以查看和更正账号信息；如需删除账号及关联个人信息（法律要求保留的交易记录除外），请邮件联系我们。
You may review and correct your account details. To delete your account and associated personal data (except transaction records we must keep by law), email us.
